How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile, tap the settings icon, and select "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us and we'll handle it manually.
A dish or restaurant is missing or has incorrect info.
You can add missing dishes directly in the app. For restaurant address corrections or other data issues, email us with the details and we'll fix it.
My content was removed or my account was restricted.
iCrave moderates all user-submitted content to keep the community useful and respectful. If you believe your content was removed in error, email us and we'll review it.
The app isn't working as expected.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us with a description of what happened and your device type (iPhone/Android) and OS version.
