Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

iCrave is a dish-first food discovery platform that helps users search for specific dishes, view community ratings, and discover restaurants across multiple US cities. The App does not process food orders, deliver food, or handle restaurant reservations directly.

3. User Accounts

You may browse the App without an account. To submit ratings, comments, photos, or add dishes, you must create an account using email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App, including ratings, comments, photos, and dish submissions. By submitting content, you grant Wellglory LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service. You agree that all content you submit is accurate, not misleading, and does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Content Standards and Moderation

All user-submitted content is subject to automated and manual review. Content that contains profanity, hate speech, harassment, spam, URLs, phone numbers, or inappropriate imagery will be rejected or removed. Users who repeatedly submit content that violates these standards may have their accounts temporarily muted (24 hours) or permanently banned. Banned users may browse the App but cannot submit content. Display names are subject to the same content standards.

6. Community Guidelines

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — discovering and rating dishes at restaurants. You agree not to:

• Submit false ratings or reviews intended to manipulate dish rankings
• Impersonate other users or restaurants
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Attempt to circumvent content moderation or security measures

7. Order and Reservation Links

The App provides links to third-party services (UberEats, DoorDash, OpenTable) as a convenience. iCrave does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Dish and Restaurant Information

Dish names, restaurant names, addresses, and ratings displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the Developer does not guarantee that restaurant information (hours, menus, prices, availability) is current or accurate. Users should verify details directly with restaurants.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, seed data, and all associated assets, is owned by Wellglory LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Restaurant information, ratings, and dish data may contain inaccuracies. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellglory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on dish ratings or restaurant information, actions taken based on order or reservation links, loss of account data, or content moderation decisions. The App is free to use and the Developer's total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

13. Account Termination

The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines, without prior notice. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below.

14. Changes to the App

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. This includes adding or removing cities, dishes, restaurants, or features. The Developer is not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Developer reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this document reflects when the terms were last updated.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
